How your information is handled

When you send a question

• What's kept: your name, email, phone number if you gave one, your question, whether you ticked the box saying you are a real estate agent, and which link or QR code brought you here.
• Why: so Jaz can read it and reply the way you asked her to. She is the person who sees it.
• The agent box: ticking it is taken at your word — nothing is checked against any licence — and all it does is put your question nearer the top of the ones she reads. It is stored with your question, and it is not used for anything else.
• What never happens: it is not sold, not shared for marketing, and does not put you on any list. Asking a question subscribes you to nothing.
• A safety net: the form asks you not to send Social Security, card, or account numbers — and anything shaped like one is automatically struck out before your question is even stored.
• Removal: want something you sent deleted? Say so — through the form or by replying to Jaz's answer — and it will be.

When you tap a link

The buttons on the main page are counted, so Jaz knows whether her printed cards and flyers actually work. A tap records the rough region it came from and the kind of device (phone, tablet, computer). Your IP address is not stored, and the anonymous code used to tell visitors apart changes every day, so taps cannot be strung together into a profile of you.

Cookies

This page sets no advertising or tracking cookies. There is nothing to accept or decline. If you switch between light and dark, that preference is saved in your browser only — it is never sent anywhere.

The questions and answers on this page

• They are hers. She writes them, in English and in Spanish, and decides what goes up.
• To keep both languages saying the same thing, the text of an answer she has already published may be sent to an outside translation service, which drafts the other language. Only that published question and answer are sent. Nothing you sent her, and nothing about you, is ever part of it.
• A draft is not the page. It waits until she has read it beside her own words, and only what she approves is published — a translation nobody reviewed never appears here.
• Right now this is switched off: no text has been sent to any outside service. If that changes, this page changes with it.

If you apply

A loan application happens on Inclusive Lending, LLC's own systems, which carry their own privacy disclosures required by federal law. This page is not an application and collects none of what one would.

• Before the application, the Apply button may first ask for your name, the best way to reach you, and your confirmation that Jaz is your loan officer. That is kept — your name, your contact details, the date and time, and that confirmation — so she can follow up, and so there is a record, in your own words, of who you came to.
• You can skip that step. If you do, nothing extra is kept.
• It is not the application and not an offer of credit. The application itself still happens on Inclusive Lending, LLC's system.
• Removal works the same way as for questions: say so, and it is deleted.
